It is being told that for the direct recruitment of Group 'C' category, the rules for short hand and typing test will be made for the first time. With this, experts will soon prepare the commission manual by taking suggestions from experts.
Significantly, the rules for short hand and typing examination have not yet been made for direct recruitment. At present, in the direct recruitment of the selection commission, most of the vacant posts are taken in short hand (indigenous), Hindi and English typing, but there is no rule for this. If the individual assistant's evaluation of the short-hand examination of 120 posts has not been correct, the commission has decided to make rules.
Let us tell you that in order to bring transparency in the direct recruitment examination, the Commission has hastened the exercise of making new rules. Under the new rules, the software will be included in the rules of the typing test, allowing the candidates to bring their keyboard, the standard of dictation in the short hand test, the formulas of the evaluation on the mistakes etc. To create new rules, a workshop will be held on 3rd and 4th April from the commission and will take the opinion of the experts. देहरादून। अगर आप उत्तराखंड में समूह ‘ग’ की भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए तैयारी कर रहे हैं तो थोड़ा अलर्ट हो जाएं। उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग इसके लिए नए नियम बनाने की तैयारी कर रहा है। चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ने इसकी पहल की है। बताया जा रहा है कि समूह ‘ग’ श्रेणी की सीधी भर्ती के लिए पहली बार शार्ट हैंड व टाईपिंग टेस्ट के नियम बनाए जाएंगे। इस बात को लेकर जल्द ही विशेषज्ञों से सुझाव लेकर आयोग नियमावली तैयार करेगा।
गौरतलब है कि अभी तक सीधी भर्ती के लिए शार्ट हैंड एवं टाईपिंग परीक्षा के नियम नहीं बने हैं। फिलहाल चयन आयोग के माध्यम से होने वाली सीधी भर्ती में अधिकतर रिक्त पदों में शार्ट हैंड (आशुलेखन), हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी टाईपिंग का टेस्ट लिया जाता है लेकिन इसके लिए कोई नियम नहीं है। वैयक्तिक सहायक के 120 पदों की शार्ट हैंड परीक्षा का मूल्यांकन सही न होने पर आयोग ने नियम बनाने का फैसला लिया है।
आपको बता दें कि सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए आयोग ने नए नियम बनाने की कवायद तेज कर दी है। नए नियमों के तहत टाईपिंग टेस्ट का साॅफ्टवेयर, अभ्यर्थियों को अपना की-बोर्ड लाने की अनुमति, शार्ट हैंड टेस्ट में डिक्टेशन के मानक, गलतियों पर मूल्यांकन का फाॅर्मूला आदि तमाम बिंदुओं को नियमावली में शामिल किया जाएगा। नए नियम बनाने के लिए आयोग की ओर से 3 और 4 अप्रैल को एक कार्यशाला का आयोजन कर विशेषज्ञों की राय लेगा। इसमें एनआईसी, आईटीडीए, आईटीआई, पॉलिटेक्नीक आदि विभाग अलावा इस क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञों से चर्चा कर सुझाव लिया जाएगा
